    me gustaria saber la funcionalidad de su plataforma para ver si con ustedes nos podemos adecuar para poder implementar su sistema en nuestra empresa, también saber el tipo de soporte ya que entiendo que son un empresa de EEUU

Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, Jotform offers a comprehensive suite of functionalities for creating, managing, and analyzing forms, along with integrations for various purposes.     As for your other question, we do offer support through our Contact Us page, with our Support Team available 24/7. You should also see the Live Chat box on the right side when you open the main Jotform page. But if it is not there, it means there's high traffic of tickets or chats, and the live chat is temporarily unavailable.
