me gustaria saber la funcionalidad de su plataforma para ver si con ustedes nos podemos adecuar para poder implementar su sistema en nuestra empresa, también saber el tipo de soporte ya que entiendo que son un empresa de EEUU

But if it is not there, it means there's high traffic of tickets or chats, and the live chat is temporarily unavailable.
