Por favor necesito saber la hora de compra del año anterior

Hola, un gusto saludarlos. Estaba revisando que tenemos una promoción disponible para adquirir nuevamente el plan plata en la cuenta del correo focimbabura@gmail.com y me gustaría saber, si es posible, a qué hora exacta vence el plan actual que se compró el 28 de mayo del 2024 para poder sincronizar la nueva compra.

Now, coming back to your question, while specific time information is not directly available, you can check the exact renewal or expiration date and time of your subscription from your Account's Billing page. Also, when I checked your account, it seems that you already cancelled your subscription. You can now upgrade your plan with the promotion available on your account. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, click on Pricing in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.

2. On the Pricing page, choose the plan you want to buy.

3. In the popup window, choose either a Monthly or Yearly payment schedule and either Credit/Debit Card or PayPal as the payment method. 

Here’s an example of the Bronze plan:

After you click on Continue, you'll need to enter your Credit/Debit Card details.

If you choose to use PayPal, you’ll get redirected to the PayPal payment page to complete the payment.
