URGENTE: Porqué desaparecen los datos del widget lista configurable en un formulario cuando se abre desde link de edición?

Tengo un formulario de horas extra que usa el widget "configurable list", los usuarios llenan campos como la fecha, hora de entrada y hora de salida. Posteriormente, por correo les llega a los jefes el link editable, para que lo abran y vean los datos llenados por los usuarios, y llenen otro campo con las opciones aprobado o rechazado. Pero cuando abren el link de edición, ya no aparecen algunos datos llenados por los usuarios, mayormente desaparecen las horas que ellos ingresaron en la lista configurable. Todos los datos de la lista configurable son obligatorios, así que los usuarios no pueden enviar dejando campos vacíos. Entonces, cuál es la solución a este problema? y porqué sucede? Cabe destacar que este problema se genera aleatoriamente, de 100 envíos, se borran los datos de 20 envíos en promedio.

I initially cleared your form caches to refresh your data and to help your forms work faster and efficiently. Now, when I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, everything was working properly. The time I entered appeared when accessing the edit link.
