Hi seguimientoadmitivo,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, can you send me the link to your form so I can take a look at it for you? You can easily find your form's URL in Form Builder. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
- In the Quick Share tab, click on Copy Link in the Share With Link section.
Once you share the form URL with us, we’ll be able to help you better with this.

Hi seguimientoadmitivo,
I found that two of the notification email recipients were on our bounce list, which is what caused the issue. Here are the reasons:
a****iar_s*g@g***og**s.c*m:
bounced (host grupogams.com[216.246.112.106] said: 550 Mailbox is full / Blocks limit exceeded / Inode limit exceeded (in reply to RCPT TO command))

There are several reasons for an email being added to the bounce list, such as the email may be non-existent or inactive, your mail server might be unavailable, your email server rejected emails due to suspected spam, your mailbox is full, or Jotform is on your deny list. But, I went ahead and removed the email addresses from the bounce list.
You can Whitelist Jotform IP Addresses and Domains to prevent important emails from being marked as spam or blocked by the email provider. Additionally, setting up SMTP for your account can help prevent this issue. You can easily set up a custom SMTP to use your email sender as provider. Let me walk you through it:
1. Go to the Settings page while logged in to your Jotform account and click on Add Sender Email in the Sender Emails section.
2. In the window that opens, select Custom and click on the Continue button.
3. Enter your email provider's details, click on Send Test Email to check if it’s set up correctly, and then click on Save.
Once you successfully set up the SMTP to your account, you'll need to add your email that will serve as a sender email. Let me walk you through it:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. Click on Emails in the menu on the left side of the page.
3. Hover your mouse over the Notification Banner and click on the Pencil icon.
4. Under the Advanced tab, select the custom sender email from the Sender Email field.
5. Finally, click on Save at the bottom of the page, and you’re done.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
