La opción de personalizar la plantilla del formulario u hoja de cálculo que utilizaremos está disponible en el plan de pago

Me comunico con ustedes porque estamos interesados en implementar su herramienta en nuestra operación. Actualmente estamos evaluando el plan gratuito, pero quisiéramos saber si es posible complementarlo con alguna de las siguientes opciones:

Adquirir un paquete adicional que incluya hasta 50 firmas electrónicas mensuales.

Contar con la posibilidad de personalizar la plantilla del formulario o planilla que utilizaremos.

Agradeceríamos mucho si nos pudieran indicar si estas opciones están disponibles y, en caso afirmativo, los costos asociados.

Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know, and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, if you expect to receive up to 50 Jotform Sign documents, you can upgrade to the Bronze plan, which has a limit of 100 monthly Signed Documents. You can view our pricing page to learn more about the limitations for each plan.

We do have available templates for forms, tables, PDF, app, etc, that you can use and also customize. You can find the templates by clicking on the Templates button at the top of the My Workspace page, here's a screenshot for your reference:
