Hola,
Saludos,

Hi serveracredes,
Thank you for reaching to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that'll help us to understand better what’s going on. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:
1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.
2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.
3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.
4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.
5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

Hello, thank you very much for your response.
Attached is an image:
In this spreadsheet, I had three sheets with data, which are now missing. I did not delete or remove them. I checked to see if there were any hidden columns, but there were none. The data has been erased, and I didn’t have it backed up anywhere else, so I need to recover it.

Hi serveracredes,
You can use the revision history of the submission tables to revert it back to the previous version. Let me show you how:
- In Submission Tables, click on the circular icon below the Table Name:
- On the left panel, click on the version you'd like to restore, and you'll see the preview to determine if it's the right one.
- After that, click on Restore on the top right.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Ok. I tried to restore the version but it won't let me — it seems like it might be because the sheet is no longer in the table.
Previously, I had a sheet called 'carta gantt 2025', but now it doesn't appear there.
I also had another sheet called 'retroalimentación acredes', and another one called 'cliente consulta'.
Currently, these sheets are missing — I don’t know where they went.

Hi serveracredes,
Did you mean you deleted the table tab in the table or the entire Jotform Table? Can you allow us to log in to your account to view your table and have a closer look at the issue? If yes, here's how you can allow us access:
- Click on your Avatar on the right side of the page.
- Select Settings.
- Click on the Security button on the left side of the page.
- Toggle on the button on the right side of Jotform Support Access.
You can change your security settings again after the investigation of the issue.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

I didn’t delete anything. The table is there, but what’s missing are the tabs that were inside the table. I’ve activated access so you can view it. Please let me know if you can help

Hi serveracredes,
The missing tabs that were added to the table before, are they connected to a form? If so, are the forms still active and are receiving submissions?
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

hese two forms are connected to the table; currently, since the tabs inside the table are missing, they don’t go through.

Hi serveracredes,
Have you tried to connect back the forms to the table and add them as tabs? You can easily connect the multiple forms and tables to a single table. You may try to add another column, wherein you will populate the data from the other table there.
Keep us updated and let us know if you need help.
