Duplicar pedidos

Buenos dias,

Estamos utilizando la plataforma para el control y manejo de ordenes de compra internas de la compania. en muchas ocaciones tenemos ordenes fijas o suscripciones debemos volver a ingresar o llenar el formulario. hay alguna manera que podamos duplicar una orden ya enviada

Now, coming back to your question, unfortunately, Jotform doesn't have a direct duplicate submission feature for forms once they are submitted. However, you can clone your form and prefill the cloned form using the previous submission data. You can create a prefilled form link with data from a previous submission, so users don’t have to fill all fields again. Let's do it:

To clone a form:

1. In My Workspace page, hover your mouse on the form and click on More.
2. Choose Clone from the menu.

To make a prefill from previous submission data:

1. In the Form Builder of your cloned form, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
2. Now, click on Prefill in the menu on the left side of the page, and then select Form Prefill.
3. Click on the Downward Arrow icon and select the form that you want to prefill from, and then match the fields.
4. Finally, click on Save Settings on the bottom-right side of the Form Prefill section.

Now that you’ve set up the prefill settings, you'll need to add a new prefill. Let’s do it:

1. Click on Add a New Prefill and select a row or the rows you want to be prefilled.
2. Then, click on the Create button in the right corner of the page.

That's it. Now, a prefill link's been created, and you can share that with people. When they open the link, the matched fields will be filled automatically. Check out the screencast below to see how it works:

If you want your prefilled fields to be read-only and not editable, you can change the options for those:

1. In the Form Prefill settings, click on Can Edit next to the prefill link.
2. In the dropdown menu that opens, select Read only, and that's it.

Thanks for your support.

I was wondering if there is a way to copy an already submitted form and have a new line with the information from the previous one.

This would help us to manage subscriptions and not have to enter a new form every week.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to copy a submission in Tables and paste it on the next line. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
