Hi smartbotlainc,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are currently busy helping other Jotform users. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know, and we can have them do that. But remember that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
About your question, yes, it is possible to capture GPS coordinates using Jotform Mobile Forms even when you are offline. You can use location widgets such as Location Coordinates, GPS Location, or Geolocation to capture location data from your respondents. These widgets can be added to your form via the Widgets tab in the Form Builder.
On the Jotform Mobile App, you can use Offline Mode to save your form to your device for filling out, or you can use Kiosk Mode, even without an internet connection. All submission data will be saved to your device and sent to your Inbox once you're connected to the internet. Let me show you how to set it up:
1. On your My Forms page, tap on the form that you want to access in Offline Mode.
2. On the bottom-right side of the menu that opens, toggle Offline Mode to the On position.
You can't use certain widgets and elements in Offline Mode because they require an internet connection to function properly. You will receive a pop-up if there are widgets/elements in your form that won't work in offline mode.
Offline submissions will be saved on your device and synced to your account once you reconnect to the internet.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
