Now, coming back to your question, I checked the link you provided, but it appears to be unfamiliar and doesn’t seem to be part of Jotform or any standard Jotform App interface. To clarify, is this URL something you’ve embedded or connected within one of your Jotform Apps, or is it meant to open the app directly?

I also tried accessing the link from my end and received a, This site can’t be reached – connection timed out error. This could mean the site or IP address is currently down or restricted.

When I checked your account, I noticed two apps listed: Gaude and Gaude For Users. Could you let us know which one you're referring to, and what exactly happens when you try to open it? Did you embed this link in any element inside the app?

Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.
