Hola buen dia, se me venció la licencia anual el pasado 16 de abril, estoy tratando de renovar el pago pero el sistema no lo permite, me supongo que es porque estoy tratando de hacer la compra con tarjeta digital donde el cvv solamente dura 5 min. Necesito continuar con el servicio, me pueden apoyar porfavor?
