he superado el limite de espacio disponible, he borrado los formularios y todo lo que veia que se podía borrar, he eliminado el cache y formularios y sigue diciéndome que estoy superando el limite, que puedo hacer? muchas gracias

Now, coming back to your question, can you check your submission trashed entries for Formulario de contro if there are still submissions with uploaded files? If so, you need to permanently delete submissions in trash entries to completely free up upload space. Let me show you how to do it:
1. On your Myworkspace page, select your form.
2. Click on the Submissions button on the top of the page.
3. In Submission Tables, click on the Three Dots icon in the left top area beside the form tab.
4. Click on the Trashed Entries and select the deleted submissions.
5. Now click on Delete Forever and click on the Delete button on the confirmation window.
You can also export your submissions data if you need to back them up. You can visit our guide on How to Download Form Submissions as Excel, CSV, or PDF

Muchas gracias por las indicaciones, ya he realizado esta acción pero sigue apareciendo lo mismo, he borrado el caché y aun así sigue apareciendo. que debo hacer?

Buenas tardes Danilo, sigo con el mismo problema, y ahora mismo no hay historial ni nada. es posible que lo vuelvas a actualizar? como puedo hacerlo yo para proximas ocaciones?

Hi Diana,
When I checked, our system shows that all your account limits are in range so you should not experience that. Can you try to log in of your account and log in again using a different browser or via Incognito window? As requested, I have manually recalculated your Upload Space limit.
Your Upload Space limit should reset automatically if you deleted and purge submission entries with file uploads but there are instances that it does not take effect immediately where we can manually recalculate it on our end.
Unfortunately it's only us from the Support Team who can do it. If incase you encounter the same issue moving forward, just create a Help Center thread from the Contact Us page. We’ll be happy to help.
