Como puedo llamar de un formulario otra a trvez de una accion

Buenas tarde, quisiera saber como puedo abrir otro formulario atravez de una accion, ejempo tengo dos optionbutton que diga formulario 1 y otro diga formulario 2 que al seleciona un optionboton me abra un formulario

Now, coming back to your question, yes, it is possible. You can add a Thank You Page Conditional Logic wherein if they selected form 1, they are redirected to Form 1 URL after submission or Form 2, and redirect to Form 2 URL. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings. Click on Conditions on the left of the page.
2. Now, click on Add a New Condition and then click on Change Thank You Page. 
3. Set the conditions like you see below:
