Hi diaporvenir2025,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
As for your question or concern, it seems that you're trying to edit a submission based on the screenshots you've shared with us. Take note that after you've enabled the Jotform Sign Automation on your form, it isn't possible to edit new submissions that you've received. This is to keep them legally binding. You can easily disable Jotform Sign Automation. Let me show you how to do it:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Jotform Sign.
- Then, toggle Off the Enable Jotform Sign Automation option.
Keep in mind that once you disable Jotform Sign Automation, it will only affect new submissions. You can also check out our guide about How to Add an E-Signature to Your Form for more information.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
