Hola buenas tardes.
Estoy trabajando con el flujo de trabajo y tengo tres opciones de selección pero cuando llega al email del destinatario a este solo le aparecen las primeras opciones.

Now, coming back to your question, I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but it appears to be working as expected. Check out this screenshot below:
Most of the time if you delete the affected element in the workflow, it resolves the issue. Let me show you how:
- On your Workflow page, click on the affected element, and click on the Trash Can icon to delete it.
- Then, click on the Add Element menu in the left corner of the page, and drag and drop the Approval element back to the deleted section in the Workflow.
- Finally, set up the Approval element again.
