Buenas noches.
Al final de la ventana de chat que he creado, aparece la frase "By chatting, you agree to Terms of Use" y quiero que desaparezca ya que hace referencia a una página de JotForm.
Como puedo hacer eso?

Unfortunately, the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I will help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, please let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

I bought a license to create AI agents (advanced chatbots) and offer that service to businesses. If the link below the chat leads to Jotform, companies could bypass my services, right?
I believe I'm operating legally, but I hope I don't have any references to Jotform in the chatbot window. If I'm mistaken, please let me know.

Hi romadecolonia,
Unfortunately, I did not quite get what you meant. Did you create your AI Agent, so other businesses can just access your services from there? If yes, clicking on the Terms of Use at the bottom of your AI Agent will not allow your AI Agent users to bypass your services. Check out this screencast below:

Thank you for submitting a ticket and sharing your feedback with us. As I understand it, you prefer not to expose users to Jotform. However, since the Terms of Use link currently redirects to Jotform, you’d like to know if it can be removed.
Access to the Terms of Use is essential for end users, so unfortunately we are unable to accommodate this request.

Hi, yes.
I’d like to know if there’s a refund policy, as it was never mentioned when I signed up for the plan that there would be a permanent link to JotForm’s policies in the chatbot window.

If you are not fully satisfied with our service, you can request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. To request a refund for your latest invoice, just fill out our Refund Request form.
