Hola! He borrado casi todas mis solicitudes del formulario y mi espacio de almacenamiento no se ha actualizado y el formulario está bloqueado ¿Pueden actualizar el espacio de almacenamiento que estoy usando y desbloquearme el formulario?

Now, coming back to your question, just to confirm, is the account in question associated with the email info@kalule.com? Because, I checked the account and noticed that the usage limit is still well below the maximum. Could you send me a screenshot of what you're seeing for your usage limits? Let me show you how to view that:
1. In your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Picture in the top-right corner.
2. Then click on View All. This will display your current usage.
Another way to view this is by going to your Account Usage page. Let me show you how:
1. In your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Picture in the top-right corner.
2. Next, you can click either your Avatar, your Name, or Settings.
3. On the right-hand side, go to the Usage tab.
In the meantime, I've gone ahead and cleared your form cache as sometimes old cache and cookies can cause these kinds of issues. If clearing your form cache did not resolve the issue, try logging out of your Jotform account, then clear your browser’s cache before logging back in.
