No me envía l correo de restauración de contraseña

    Ya intente restablecer mi contraseña pero no me envía el correo para restablecerla, dejo mi USER NAME:

    Hi Luis,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, getting back to your questions. When I checked the email address you've used to write this thread, it is only associated with a guest account. Note that guest accounts are temporary, and you can't be able to reset the account's password. I also checked the email address you've shared, but it isn't associated to any Jotform account. If you'd like to have a regular Jotform account, I'll walk you through how:

    1. In Jotform's login page, click the Sign-Up for Free button from the upper-right.
    2. Input your email address on the Email bar, and then click Continue.
    3. Enter your Name and Password and confirm it.
    4. Then tick the checkbox to agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and then click Sign Up.
