Tengo una cuenta gratuita con este correo y deseo eliminarla ya que ahora tenemos cuenta empresarial y registré el mismo correo.

Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Keep in mind that when you delete a Jotform account, it takes 30 days for everything to be fully deleted and for the email to be freed up. I would recommend changing the email of this account to any dummy email so that you can used it for your business account.
