    Buenos días.

    Quiero cancelar mi usuario porque no estoy usando la aplicación. ¿Cómo puedo hacerlo?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, to confirm, are you referring to deleting your Jotform account? If yes, I checked our system, and I saw that the account that you are using to contact us is on Dormant status, which means that your account has been temporarily deactivated due to not logging in to your account for a very long time, so I reactivated it.

    If you want to continue with deleting your account, let me show you how to do it:

    1. On your Account Settings, scroll down and click on Delete My Account.

    2. Now, in the pop-up warning window, click on Yes, Delete.

    3. Then, enter your account password and click on Verify. That's it.
