Modificar nombre archivos de fotos subidos

Hola, querría saber si es posible renombrar de alguna manera lo archivos que se suben al formulario. Por ejemplo, si pedimos la foto de un usuario que esta se pueda renombrar según los campos que ha rellenado.

Nombre: John Walls

John contesta a su formulario y sube su archivo "picture.jpg" y que éste se pueda renombrar al subirse como "john_walls.jpg" ¿es posible aunque sea mediante programación de una API o similar?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to rename an uploaded file in Jotform. It would automatically get the file name you have uploaded. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated a feature request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
