Remove the Surname or Last Name from the Name field

and on the other hand, how do I remove the Surname field from the Name section? Thanks

It's currently not possible to remove the Surname or Last Name field from the Full Name element. As a workaround, you can hide the Full Name field from the form, and replace it with a Short Text field. We don't suggest removing the Full Name field, as deleting it will also delete the data associated with the field from the submission entries. Let's do it:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Full Name field's Gear icon to open the Properties panel.

2. On the Properties panel, go to the Advanced tab.

3. Toggle Hide Field.

4. Click on Add Element in the upper-left corner of the page.

5. Under the Basic tab, select Short Text by dragging and dropping it onto the form, replacing the Full Name field.

6. Click on the field's Gear icon to open the Properties panel.

7. Go to the Options tab, and toggle Width, so you can adjust the field's width as desired.
