Hola! quisiera que el documento que se llama "Audit Trail" en español

Now, coming back to your question, it’s not possible to translate the Audit Trail on Sign documents but you can do your form in Spanish. Let me show you how:

1- From the orange bar at the top of the Form Builder, click on Settings.

2- Click on the button Show More Options.

3-Scroll down, to the Form Languages option, and click on the Edit button on the right.

4- Click on Add Language, and select Spanish
