Hi Ruby,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I just wanted to remind you that I'll be helping you in English using Google Translate because our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, and you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. But, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, We don't have the option to pause a subscription but you can cancel your plan and re-upgrade once you need the subscription again. Let me show you how to cancel it:
1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your avatar in the top-right corner and click on Settings.
2. Then, in the menu on the left hand side of the page click on Billing.
3. Now, in the middle of the page click on Change Plan.
4. Next, click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Starter (Free) Plan.
After that there will be a pop-up window with some extra information about the downgrade. You can follow those instructions to continue with canceling your plan.
You can also check out our guide about How to Cancel your Subscription. Once done, your subscription will automatically downgrade back to Free at the end of the billing cycle. When a subscription is canceled, the account will go back to the free status and the total number of submissions able to be stored on the account is 500. For your account you have received 275 submissions which means you won't lose any submission data if you don't expect to receive more in this time.
Reach out again if you have any other questions.
