Hola, buenas tardes:
Muchas gracias.

Hi Paulo,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
As for your question, we don't have a queue system in place for our Jotform forms but as a work around, you can try to use the Workflow feature of Jotform. Instead of Approving and Denying, you can replace it with Grab and Reject. Your queue would be the workflow Inbox, as long as it's not yet grabbed or rejected, it will still be assigned to the approvers that was added to the form. Note that using this feature would only allow you to add 10 approvers on the form. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Click on Workflows in the menu on the left side of the page. Then , click on the Add New Workflow button.
- In Workflow Builder, click on the Add Element menu on the left side of the page. Then add the Approval Element by dragging and dropping the element on your workflow.
- Edit the Outcomes to Grab and Reject. Add the the approver email addresses under Approvers.
Your basic workflow should look like the screenshot below:
Once a form is submitted. All approvers will receive an email to either grab, reject or do nothing at all. If no actions are taken, it will remain on the inbox until someone has grabbed or Rejected the form submission.
On your Jotform Inbox, you would be able to see the status of each submission. once a form is still in the queue, it would look like the screenshot below:
Once an approver grabs it or rejects it, you will see updates like the sample on the screenshot below:
That's it. Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

Hi Paulo,
To avoid confusion, I moved your other question to a new thread and helped you with that here.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
