    Buenas tardes, me carga la cuenta pero no puedo ver los formularios en cuentas que tengo:

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, I've checked the accounts associated to the email addresses you shared, and I can see the forms on each of it. Have you deleted some forms recently? Can you please check the trash folder of your Jotform account? If you have deleted the form, then the form will go to the trash folder.

    You can restore the deleted form by accessing the trash folder in your account. Within 30 days from the date you delete the form, you can recover it. After 30 days, it gets automatically purged, and we can't restore it. Let me show you how you can access the trash folder in your account:

    1. On your My Forms page, go to the Trash folder from the left menu.
    2. Under Trash folder, you can see all deleted forms. Select the form you're looking for.
    3. Then, click on Restore to move the form back to your form list.
