Buenos días,
Nos acaba de llegar la factura para la renovación anual de Jotform para este año.
Queremos suspender la suscripción y los pagos. Referente a la factura: ID de Orden: INT241211-9557-98812B, ¿es posible su cancelación? o debemos realizar la devolución cuando llegue el cobro en el banco? Ya que no necesitaremos por el momento del servicio de Jotform.
Ibamos a realizar la cancelación entre ayer y esta mañana pero no llegamos a tiempo.
Quedo a la espera de sus prontas noticias, gracias.

Note that Jotform's subscriptions are recurring and they will automatically renew and charge you on the same date as the original purchase unless you cancel. Since the last payment was made within our 30 days money back-guarantee, we have canceled the subscription immediately and issued a refund. The refund will be credited to your account within 5 - 7 business working days.
