Let me get back to your question. If I understand you correctly, you want your fillers to choose one product from every category. Unfortunately, the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know. As a workaround, you can enable the selected by default option for one product from every category. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Shopping Cart icon in the Product List.
2. Click on Pencil icon in the products.
3. Scroll down and enable Selected by Default. You need to repeat this for every category.
