The flow in the workflow stops even if the condition is met.

Ineed your help, i create this flow https://www.jotform.com/es/workflow/231996327720664/build, but this part at the image it's not working, i mean this part of the flow is not activated i dont know why, can you help me if there can be an error i all the flow:

i recive that email but at the same part i supposed to recive the next form because all the conditions are ok:

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I checked the link that you sent me, the workflow setup for it was different from the screenshots that you provided. Can you confirm if you have provided the correct link to the workflow? If not, can you provide us with the correct one?

But, if you provided the correct one, have you updated the workflow, had it resolved the issue? Additionally, most of the time, deleting the affected element in the Workflow and adding it back solves that problem. Can you give it a try and let us know how it goes? Let me show you how:

1. On your Workflow page, click on the affected element, and click on the Trash can icon to delete it.
2. Then, add back the element from the left panel menu, and set it up again.

Once we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.
