    JOTFORM AUN CUENTA CON FALLAS QUE IMPOSIBILITAN LLEVAR ACABO SERVICIOS BASICOS DE GESTION DE DOCUMENTACION NO ENTIENDO PORQUE EN EL APARTADO DE "ADJUNTAR ARCHIVO", LAS IMAGENES DESPUES DE UN RATO NO PUEDE LEERLAS Y DICE QUE EL ARCHIVO ES INCOMPATIBLE, LO MISMO CON LOS DOCUMENTOS, DE IGUAL FORMA LOS APARTADOS DE OPERACIONES MATEMATICAS NO PUEDE HACER UNA SIMPLE OPERACION, ME DA RESULTADOS ERRONEOS, YO CREO QUE ME MUDARE DE SERVICIO,

    Now, coming back to your question, can you share with us a screenshot of the issue you are referring to so we can check it on our end? Can you explain a bit more about the issue, so I can get a better idea of what's happening? If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that'll help us to understand better what’s going on. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Support Forum:

    1. On the Support Forum page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.

    2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

    3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

    4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.

    5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

    You may also share with us a screen recording to better explain the issue. You can use Loom, or any screen recording platform, and share the link with us.
