Recuperar formulario eliminado y sus datos

Buenos días,

Solicitamos de su acostumbrada colaboración compartiendonos la base de datos del soguiente formulario desde su creación hasta la fecha de eliminación.

Por solicitud de un cliente, requerimos validar unos usuarios que se registraron en el año 2020 para así lograr sacar la IP y ID de la solicitud para poder dar una respuesta adecuada a la petición

Now, coming back to your question. Deleted forms stay in the Trash folder for 30 days. During this period, you can restore the form and its associated data. Let me show you how:

1. On My Forms page, click on the Trash folder in the left side menu.
2. Select the form by clicking on it.
3. Click on Restore.

However, If the form has been in the Trash folder for more than 30 days, it may have been permanently deleted. Unfortunately, it cannot be recovered as it has been removed from our database.
