Hi Educontij,
Thanks for using Jotform. If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that'll help us to understand better what’s going on. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Support Forum:
1. On the Support Forum page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.
2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.
3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.
4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.
5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.
That's it. Can you also provide the form URL you’re having issues with? You can try removing the Excel integration and then add it back to see if it works. We also have a guide about How to Export Your Form Data to Excel that you can check out.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

El dato que no se traspasa la integración con excel es el del correo electronico... la columna ni siquiera apareceYa borre la integración y lo volví a realizar.

Hi Educontij,
Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same issue. When I looked at your form, I saw that you're using a Field Confirmation widget for the email addresses. Unfortunately, this widget can't be mapped in the Google Sheets integration setup. To fix this, you can use the standard email field instead and enable the confirmation field. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on Add Element on the left side of the page.
- Drag and drop the Email field to your form.
- Click the Gear icon to open Properties.
- Under the Confirmation tab, toggle the Confirmation Field option to On.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Educontij,
If the email field on your submission tables is still populated, the data will not be lost unless it is deleted. The email field can also be integrated with Google Sheets as shared by my colleague. If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?
Reach out again if you need any help.
