Cuenta Suspendida

    Por favor ayúdenme a reestablecer mi cuenta, he tenido que volver a escribir porque no me han respondido desde hace 3 días.

    He gastado mucho tiempo haciendo los formularios y ahora repentinamente me suspenden la cuenta.

    Estoy apunto de comprar el plan de bronce pero necesito resolver esta situación por favor espero su repuesta.

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    I checked the account associated with your email address and see that it's in good standing status with no active suspension. Can you try logging in again to access your forms and submissions? If you receive any error, let us know together with a screenshot of the error, and the username or email address you're using to log in.
