Buenos días. No me figuran los turnos en el calendario del celular. En el formulario figura vinculado al calendario, pero de un día para el otro dejaron de aparecer en el calendario de mi celular, sin que se modificara nada en la configuración del formulario o del teléfono.

Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, Can you check the Google Calendar using their website if you can see if the booked schedules are in there? I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screenshot below to see my results:
Also, you can try to remove the Google Calendar Integration from your form and add it back again. It is very easy to do. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. Click on Integration in the menu on the left side of the page.
3. Select the Google Calendar from the list.
4. Select the Three Vertical Icon and click the Delete Action button.
Doing this will delete the integration and let you create a new one. We also have a guide here that you can check here to learn more.

Hice lo que me indicaste, eliminé la integración y lo volví a vincular y solucionado. Muchas gracias!
