Cuando un cliente escanea el QR code no le da acceso, dice que “this form has exceded its allocated quota”
pero yo tengo plan bronze y me acepta 10.000 formas no entiendo por qué se llenó… llevo casi un año con la app y no había tenido este problema antes

Now, coming back to your question, I checked and see that you have consumed your signed documents limit, which is 100. Keep in mind that since you are using Jotform Sign as seen below, your submissions are counted against the sign document limit which is 100 for Bronze plan:
You can either upgrade your account to be able to accept more submissions, wait for the limit to reset on the first day of next month, or disable Jotform Sign Automation:
