Now, coming back to your question, there is no option for form users to replicate a section on their own. However, we have a Configurable List widget that allows you to add additional fields that are identical to the original ones. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
2. Under the Widgets tab, drag and drop the Configurable List widget to your form.
