Now, coming back to your question, in your form, you're using the Date Reservation widget. This widget allows the user to just select the date from the calendar, but not to type in the date. If you want the responders to type in the date, use the regular Date Picker field. Let me show you how:

1. On the Form Builder page, click on the Add Elements button at the upper left.
2. Under the Basic tab in the Form Elements, click and drag the Date Picker field to add to your form.

As for the Phone field, you set an Input Mask which limits the number of digits to enter. You can edit that part and specify the length of digits to accept. Let me show you how:

1. On the Form Builder page, click on the Phone field to select.
2. Click on the Properties icon on its right.
3. On the Phone Properties, go to the Options tab.
4. In the Input Mask section, type in additional "#", which represents a digit.
