Prefill de Airtable: ¿Cómo pasar datos de Airtable a un formulario de Jotform?

Buenos dias. Al reves es posible? es decir tener una BBDD en Airtable y poder seleccionar de ahi datos para nuestro formulario en Jotform?

Now, coming back to your question, and before we proceed, the link you shared with us is for integrating Airtable with Jotform. Note that when you integrate an app or platform with Jotform, it only works one way. That means, the data from Jotform is sent to the integrated app, and in your case, Airtable. It can't be the other way around.

But, your request is still achievable using Airtable Prefill. Any of your readily set data from Airtable can be passed over to a form, based on the available data and the fields mapped between them. It's easy to do. Let me show you how:

First, make sure that your Airtable's data is ready for the prefill. Note that it can't update automatically. And in case you need to update your data from Airtable, you need to redo the prefill set up and map the fields again to make it work, and the updates applied. Check out the screenshot below, zoomed for emphasis:

Once done, we can now create the prefill for the 3 entries above. Let's start:

1. In Form Builder, select Publish on the orange navigation bar.
2. Go to Prefill and select Airtable Prefill from the list.
   
3. Next, and after you have connected and authenticated your Airtable account, you can start creating the prefill. Note that the fields need to be mapped correctly, and the field from both Airtable and Jotform matches.
4. Once done, select Save Settings.
5. Click on Add a New Prefill.
6. And then, select the entries you want to use for the prefill, or click on Select All to include all of them.
7. You can choose whether the prefill can be edited or viewed as read only.
8. Click on the 3 vertical dots and choose Send Invitation, so the intended recipients can receive the prefill link. You can either send it to the prefilled email (if available), or add a new recipient.
