    Estimado Jotform:

    No se muestra en inbox las entradas de email, comentarios y flujo de aprobación, desde hoy desaparecieron de todos los formularios.

    Favor su ayuda urgente!!

    Hi dgiet.ctea,

    Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, have you checked your archived and/or trash section to see if the submissions were there? If so, you can restore your deleted, but unpurged, submissions from the Trash.

    1. On the Inbox page, click on the Trash tab.
    2. Select your submissions and click on the Restore icon.
    3. Now, the system will restore your submissions automatically.
