¿Cómo cambiar la fecha en un informe?

Hola Estimados,

tengo una lista de personas inscritas pero lo hicieron de forma escrita y no del formulario, para un reporte gerencial necesito que esten en el reporte, pero lamentablemente la fecha que me registra es la de hoy

como puedo hacer para que me aparezcan con la fecha 19 de septiembre 2024

Now, coming back to your question, will you be manually adding the data in the form or in the submission tables? If in the submission tables, I'm afraid it is not possible to edit the submission date. What you can do is add a date field in your form where you can manually enter the date:
