    Estimados:

    Buenas tardes, les comento que activamos la verificacion en 2 pasos, pero me esta pasando que cada nada tengo que ingresar el codigo de verificacion aun colocando la siguiente casilla de no volver a verificar en este equipo.

    Debo configurar algomas?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. When I tested on my end and selected the Don't ask again on this device, the system recognized the device and I was able to log in 3 times without asking to enter the code. Since I cannot replicate the issue on my end, I have gone ahead and created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Once we hear back from them, we’ll update this thread and let you know.

    We really appreciate your patience and understanding while we’re looking into this.

    Hi Refinor,

    I have heard back from the Relevant team, and they have informed me that, It's an expected behavior that the system ask for 2fa code even user clicks do not ask me on this device after 4–5 days. Since you mentioned you're being asked occasionally, can you confirm if the days coincide to the 4–5 days period?

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    Hola buen dia, me pide en cada inicio de sesion, es mas si tengo que hacerlo en el dia, me pasa lo mismo.
