Buenas tardes estimados me gustaria saber si con esta herramienta de trabajo se puede crear formularios donde se le envíen a los proveedores que coticen los productos requeridos, se puede lograr de una manera dinámica que los proveedores carguen los precios solicitados, agradecemos cualquier sugerencia

Hi Jefferson, Please advise on the best form for suppliers to submit multiple product prices or upload pricing sheets. We typically send out Excel forms to different providers and then manually input the prices for each product and provider. We want to ensure accuracy in completing this task. Thank you.

Just to confirm, do you wish to create a form that allows your users to upload sheets to the form? If so, you can use the File Upload element to do that. It makes it easy for anyone to attach files when they fill out a form. Let me show you how to add it:

1. Open your form in Form Builder and click on the Add Form Elements menu on the left side of the screen.
2. Under the Basic tab, scroll down to the Field Upload element and add it to your form. That’s it.

It is possible to add products for different suppliers with respective prices using the Product List element. Let me show you how:

1. In your Form Builder, click the Add Form Element on the left side of your page.
2. Go to the Basic tab and add the Product List to your form.
3. Click the Cart icon to view the settings of your Product list.
