Hi clientekitchen,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, you can add the Inventory widget to your form. This widget allows you to set a stock limit for a product, and it automatically updates the available quantity as orders come in. Let me show you how to use it:
- In Form Builder, click on Add Element on the left side of the page.
- In the Widgets tab, search for "Inventory".
- Drag and drop the widget onto your form.
- Set the product name, available quantity, and other options.
Also, if you're using one of Jotform's payment integrations (such as Stripe, Square, etc.), you can enable the Stock Control feature directly in the payment field. Here's how :
- In Form Builder, click on the payment field's Wand icon.
- Under Products, hover your mouse over the product and click the Pencil icon to edit.
- Under the Stock tab, toggle the Enable Stock Control to Yes and set the available stock quantity.
- You can also enable the Low Stock Alert to receive an email when stock levels drop to a predefined number, so you'll know when to replenish.
We also have a guide about How to Enable and Manage Product Stock in Payment Fields that you can check out.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
