Buen día equipo de jotform
Me interesaría que el usuario completado su número de identificación tenga acceso a las respuestas que ha enviado a un formulario ¿Es eso posible?

Hi castellanijoyas,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, Just to confirm, would you like your user to have a copy of the data they submit after completing the form? If so, Yes, you can let your users save their responses by creating an Autoresponder Email, this type of email is automatically sent to the users right after they submit the form. Let me show you How to Create an Autoresponder Email for your form:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
- Now, click on Add an Email.
- Then, select Autoresponder Email.
- Customize the options the way you want them, and you’re done.
If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this. -

Muchas gracias.

Hello Castellani,
As a workaround for your form request, try embedding your form in a Jotform App. From there, they will be able to view their form submissions. Let me show you how it's set up:
1. Use Jotform Form Builder to create an app.
a. In Form Builder, click on Publish in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
b. Scroll down and click on Create App to go to the App Builder page.
2. Enable the respondents to view their Form submissions using the App. Please note that it is only possible for them to view their submissions if they are logged in to their Jotform account.
a. In the App Builder, click on the Publish tab.
b. Click the Gear Icon to view the access settings, then at the bottom, tick on the Allow users to access their submissions through the app option.
Check out the screencast below to see my results:
Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.

Gracias por tu respuesta ¿Existe alguna forma en que puedan ver sus respuestas consultando con su número de identificación, sin la necesidad de generar una cuenta?

Hello Castellani,
Unfortunately, it's not possible to let them check their submissions using an ID number. Another way of letting them check their submission is by providing them an Edit link on the Autoresponder sent to them. Let me show you how it's done:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. Hover your mouse over your Autoresponder and click on the Pencil icon to customize it.
4. Click on the Email Content window, then click on Form Fields, and select Edit Link.
5. Customize the Edit Link the way you want, and when you're finished, click on Save on the bottom-right side of the Email Content window.
After submitting the form, the respondents will get an email as seen below:
Also, if it's okay with you, you can share the Jotform Tables with them, but please note that they will have access to other respondent submissions as well. Let me show you how to share your Jotform Tables:
1. On the Jotform Tables page, click on the Share button on the top-right side of the page.
2. Click on Share Settings and set your Table’s privacy options. It is set to Private Table as default, so only the people you invite will be able to see your Tables. You can also set the default role of the invitation link as either Read-Only, Commenter, or Collaborator. Let me explain the difference between those:
- Read Only means that only people you invite will be able to see your Tables.
- Commenter means that the people you invite will be able to view data and add comments.
- Collaborator means that anyone you invite will be able to see and edit the data, but they won't be able to adjust or change the table settings.
3. Now, click on Go back in the top-right corner of the panel and use the Generated Link or the Invite by Email feature to invite people.
You can also take a look at our guide to learn more about How to Share Your Submission Tables with Jotform Tables and Collaborate.
Reach out again if there’s anything else we can help you with.
