Now, coming back to your question, I wasn't able to checked your form as it was password protected. Can you share with me the password so I can check it? Meanwhile, it would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

Ya está solucionado no debaja entrar ni dar al botón de acceder al
formulario.
