Por qué se cambia automáticamente el idioma del formulario

Me esta costando trabajar con jotform porque se me cambia el idioma, le tengo en español y al instante cambia de nuevo al ingles, y lo malo es que al pasar eso se borra mi proceso que llevo, quiero saber como puedo evitar que suceda eso para trabajar mejor.

2. Select Form Settings from the left and click on Show More Options.
3. Click on Edit and select the primary language.
