Agregar un numero de ID a cada respuesta

necesito agregar a cada formulario que se completa un numero correlativo al siguiente respondido, que oficiara de id de seguimiento de esa solicitud.

hay posibilidades de aplicarlo?

Now, coming back to your question, by default, there's already a Submission ID with each submission made to your form. You can show this to the tables by following the steps below:

1. While in Tables, click on Columns.
2. Scroll down and click on Submission ID to enable it.

However, if you are trying to give a specific number to each submission, you can try the Unique ID widget. This widget allows you to assign alphanumeric numbers depending on your preference.
