funcionalidades de Usuario colaboradores en tablas y formularios

Buenos días, como es de su conocimiento, tenemos varios formularios diseñados y puestos en producción en su plataforma, y queremos saber si es factible que las personas con acceso de colaborador en las tablas que compartimos, puedan descargar archivos en los diferentes formatos que ustedes manejan.

Para el caso de los formularios, en enlace que se genera tiene una duración de 72 hora, creen para este caso que uno pueda establecer el tiempo que pueda tardar el enlace compartido, para que nos sea mas provechoso el trabajo. Aunque los formularios diseñados como PDF de autollenado, no tiene esa funcionalidad, y en esos también nos sería útil poder tenerla.

Now, coming back to your question, if you share the Jotform Tables and invited other users as collaborators, they can be able to see the submissions and download them in different formats like CSV, Excel, or PDF. This is possible because of the Form Collaboration feature. If you invite a certain user and they have not responded with the invitation nor viewed the collaboration link, this will expire after 72 hours and will no longer be useful. You need to invite the user again so they can accept the invitation and be granted as a form collaborator.
