    Le escribo para manifestarles que quiero darme de baja desde ya en mi actual PLAN PLATA y volver al plan INICIAL.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, you can change your plan from your billing page. Simply click on Change Plan and select Bronze Monthly. Let me walk you through it:

    1. Click your Avatar/Profile picture on the right side of the screen, and click on it.

    2. In the dropdown, click on Settings, or click on this link to go directly to your Settings page.

    3. Now, go to the Billing tab.

    4. Click Change Plan.

    5. On the next screen, click on Monthly then select Bronze.

    6. Then you'll be redirected to the Checkout page, where the Yearly option will be greyed out and you can just select Monthly, or it will be preselected, so all you have to do is agree to the terms and click Pay. You do not need to pay anything since the payment that you made for the Silver will be applied to the Bronze.
