Campo de Fecha no es guardado en google sheet

Hola, necesito soporte en español.

Tengo este formulario el cual precarga la fecha (demarcada con flecha en color rojo) y se ve correctamente

sin embargo cuando los datos del formulario son llenados de completamente y de forma existosa , estos todos debiesen grabarse en google Sheets, pero uno de ellos en especifico el campo "Fecha Inicio de Servicios" no se esta grabando en la hoja excel cuyo link es:

el ejemplo practico HOY con una prueba real son los moviles 290 y movil 15 , aca la foto respectivo de no llenado de ese campo "Fecha Inicio de Servicios" :

Me podrian indicar porque el campo "Fecha Inicio de Servicios" no es llenado en el google sheets??

Now, coming back to your question, I cloned your form but was unable to replicate the issue. As seen in the screenshots below, all submission data, including the values of the "Fecha Inicio de Servicios" field:

• Submission Table.
• Google Sheets.

I noticed that the Google Sheets column headers don't match the name of the form field. Can you confirm whether you made any changes tom the integrated Google spreadsheet? Keep in mind that any changes on the Google Sheets spreadsheet may break the integration. But can you try to remove the Google Sheets integration, and then add it back using this guide?

Voy a corregir el nombre del campo y hare pruebas y si es necesario voy a desactivar la integracion con google sheets y la volvere crear.

una vez terminada las pruebas les contare como me fue.
