Hacer letra más pequeña en encuesta

Buen día, me he topado con este problema en mi encuesta, y creo que es por el tipo de objeto que he estado utilizando, pero quisiera saber si existe alguna forma de poner preguntas múltiples y que estas tengan una letra visible y que se vea en un teléfono de manera vertical.

Now, coming back to your question, I understand you are looking to make the font smaller in the Multi-line Question fields. Unfortunately, it is not possible as you are using the Card layout. You will need to change your form layout to classic layout so we can use custom CSS code to modify the font size.
